I have not been feeling well today, so I have just been sitting around and reading.
My chest is sore and my cough is back.

Hi Sorry to hear about your health problems. I had a chest infection at the end of April and have been on an inhaler with steroids ever since because of the breathing problems. Thankfully they are easing and I am now weaning off the inhaler (finally) but it has left me with a great deal of sympathy for anyone with asthma or any other lung related problems.

I also don't spend as much as £30 a week for the 2 of us so maybe you could shave a little bit off that. FQ has lots of recipes over the last couple of years on her blog if you look. I like both her bean burger recipes.
